Generate your own — AS-IS, then TO-BE
Map your current process below, then redesign the future state — both with the free AI, right here. No sign-up to try it.
Generate your AS-IS
Describe how the process runs today — warts and all. The AI turns it into a BPMN map you can edit.
Generate your TO-BE
Your current state carries over automatically. Tell the AI what to change, and it builds the future state as version 2.
Generate your AS-IS above first
Your TO-BE starts from the current-state map — once it exists, this step opens with it already loaded, ready for you to redesign.
Name & download
Give it a name (we've suggested one), check the preview, and download both maps as a single PDF.
Generate both states above to name and preview your PDF.

Frequently asked questions
How do I use it?
Use the embedded generator on this page. First describe how the process runs today and it builds your AS-IS map. In step two your AS-IS carries over automatically — tell the AI what to change and it builds your TO-BE, then download both as a PDF. The checklist keeps the redesign honest: it makes you name the waste you are removing and the benefit each change buys before you commit to a build.
What is the difference between AS-IS and TO-BE?
AS-IS is how the process actually runs today, warts and all. TO-BE is the redesigned future state after you have removed the waste, handoffs and waits. Mapping both side by side is what makes the improvement — and the business case for it — concrete.
Is it free?
Yes — the map and the checklist are free to use and share, no sign-up needed.
