Bring an existing BPMN 2.0 file into BA Copilot as an editable process map without regenerating it. Import is available from the dedicated page, dashboard quick actions, editable spaces, chat attachments, and play-throughs.
BA Copilot validates the file before saving it, then lets you choose a title and destination space. Valid files open with their existing layout and labels intact. Supported extensions are .bpmn, .bpmn2, and .xml, up to 1 MB, and the file must include renderable diagram layout data.
Import is available to signed-in owners and collaborators with an editable destination space.
