Flowcharts are now known as ‘process maps’ throughout the platform.
The reason for this change is that process maps better represent what BA Copilot enables you to manage.
From day 1, we’ve been about process mapping.
However, we thought that using the term ‘flowchart’ would help people who needed process mapping, but didn’t know what it was.
It achieved this, but left our core customers, who did know what process maps were, having to check if we truly supported process maps (e.g. supporting Business Process Modelling Notation specification, which we do!).
This update makes things clearer.
