Claude can work across the BA Copilot hierarchy: organizations, spaces, folders, and process maps. The expanded tool surface includes search, version history, quality checks, review workflow, duplicate and overlap detection, organization health assessment, and AI-assisted map authoring.
This makes the Claude workflow more useful for consultants and process teams managing real process estates: Claude can inspect an organization, find gaps or duplicates, improve maps, move or duplicate map sets, and keep BPMN changes inside BA Copilot.
