You can now export many process maps to Visio at once. A new “Export to Visio” page in the sidebar lets you pick maps across your spaces and download them all as real Visio (.vsdx) files in one go, each built on the genuine Microsoft BPMN stencil, so every shape opens as an editable Visio element, not a flattened picture.
It also plugs into the rest of BA Copilot: tick “Include Visio files” in the main export to get .vsdx alongside your PDF and BPMN in a single ZIP, and your AI agent can export a map to Visio for you directly (via MCP).
Pro plans get unlimited bulk export; Essential exports one map at a time. Enable Visio export in Labs to switch it on.
