BA Copilot now supports custom properties on process map elements. Define text fields, multi-line text areas, or dropdown selectors at the organization level, and they appear on every BPMN element in your process maps.
Custom properties can be included in PDF exports and can guide AI extraction when importing documents. Pre-built templates are available for common frameworks like ISO compliance and risk management.
To use them:
1 - add them here: ba-copilot.com/dashboard/settings/organizations
2 - click an element on a process map, and click the properties tab. You can edit them there.
Or you can go to ba-copilot.com/dashboard/import and tell it to infer your custom properties when importing
